Galina A. Kruglova
Galina A. Kruglova is a Candidate of Philosophical Science and holds the position of an Associate Professor at the Department of Political Science. She graduated from Philosophy Faculty, Belarusian State University with honors in 1982.
She took a post-graduate course in 1986 and then joined BSU. - She defended thesis in Philosophy «Criticism of the religious and idealistic concepts of society and nature» in 1987.
Galina A. Kruglova lectures in Political Science, Political problems of modern globalistics (author's course), Confessional politics in the Republic of Belarus (author's course).
Her main teaching and research interests focus on problems of global challenges of our time, state-confessional relations in the Republic of Belarus.
Galina A. Kruglova is the author of over 90 publications. Her recent significant publications include «Christian Globalistics» (2008), «Politics. Course book» (2009).
Christian Globalistics.
The monograph is devoted to the analysis of formation and development of basic concepts of Christian globalistics. The features of Orthodox, Catholic and Protestant understanding of the essence and main manifestations of global problems are shown. The specificity and generality of various human development issues in the framework of Christian globalistics is revealed.

The author reveals the subject, objectives and functions of political science as a science and discipline, the phenomenon of power, shows the formation and development of world and national political thought, considering the problems of political society, the party system, political culture, the main ideological and political doctrine in the modern world system of international relations. The Appendix includes the original sources and the main provisions of the classical works of political science.
