Born in Pinsk, Brest Region, Belarus on December 29, 1972.
In 1994 graduated from the Law Faculty of the Belarusian State University.
From 1994 till 1997 had been a postgraduate at the Civil Law Department of the Law Faculty of the Belarusian State University.
Since December 1, 1997 has been working as a lecturer, a senior lecturer, a docent at the Civil Law Department of the Law Faculty of the Belarusian State University.
In 1999 having defended a dissertation on Legal aspects of business entities bankruptcy was awarded a PhD degree on Business Law.
In 2000 was legally trained at the University Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany.
Was bestowed an academic title “Docent”.
Currently is researching Private Finance Law issues for a SJD degree.
Has authored more than 30 scientific publications, curriculums, text- and work- books on Civil and Business Law.
