The paper deals with legal regulations of amicable agreement in economic court proceedings in the Republic of Belarus. The author analyses the practice of concluding amicable agreements in the process of economic disputes resolvation. The author suggests ways of perfecting the institution of amicable agreement in Belarusian legislation.

2. Notion of Law on Bankruptcy, Basic Terms, Aims and Objectives.
The paper considers legal regulations of insolvency (bankruptcy). The author provides the description of the basic terms of bankruptcy legislation. The author dwells on aims and objectives of laws on economic subjects’ bankruptcy.

3. Procedural Deadlines in Economic Proceeding in the Republic of Belarus.
The paper deals with legal regulations of the institution of procedural deadlines in economic proceedings in the Republic of Belarus. The author defines procedural deadlines, analyses practice of applying procedural deadlines in economic proceedings and provides the classification of procedural deadlines.
