Senior Lecturer at the Department of Civil Procedure and Labour Law

Born on April 29, 1981 in Minsk, Republic of Belarus.

In 2003 I graduated from the Belarusian State University,

Law Faculty with honours, became a postgraduate student at the Department of Civil Procedure and Labour Law (Belarusian State University, Law Faculty).

In September 2010 was awarded PhD for the dissertation «Distinctions of legal regulation of teaching staff work in a higher education institution».

Since 2005 has been working as lawyer in Minsk city bar, from 2005 till 2010 worked as a lecturer at the Department of Civil Procedure and Labour Law (Belarusian State

University, Law Faculty), since 2010 – a senior lecturer at the Department of Civil Procedure and Labour Law

She lectures on:
• Labour Law of the Republic of Belarus
• Legal regulation of researchers and teaching staff work

Scientific achievements are contained in over 25 scientific papers.

This paper focuses on the comprehensive legal analysis of theoretical and applicable matters of legal regulation of teaching staff work on the basis of the doctrine of integration and differentiation of legal regulation of labour. It aims at working out a reasonable theory and conclusions as well as recommendations and suggestions to be applied in practice.

The objects of the research are labour relations among teaching staff. The subject of the paper lies in examining scientific concepts, ideas, opinions, rules of domestic and foreign legislation which regulate teaching staff work in higher schools, as well as practical implementation of those rules.

The novelty of the paper is in the fact that such a comprehensive research in legal regulation of labour relations of the teaching staff has been carried out for the first time.

The article is devoted to the issues of unity and differentiation of legislation that regulates university teaching staff work.

The article gives analysis of classification of grounds of differentiation of labour legislation; it discusses the grounds that, in the author’s opinion, shall form the basis of differentiation of legislation relating to regulation of university teaching staff work. The author also presents proposals on improvement of legislation.

The article is devoted to research of the issues connected with the rights and duties of university professors and lecturers.

The author notes that in the Republic of Belarus the issues connected with a legal status of university teaching staff has not been taken into consideration in full scale both in the scientific literature and at the legislative level.

In the article fundamental rights and duties of university professors and lecturers are considered. There is an analysis of norms of the legislation in which special rights of university teaching staff are stipulated; proposals on perfection of the effective legislation are formulated.
