Date of birth: 04.12.1973.

Education: in 1996 he has finished the History Faculty of Belarussian State University; in 2000 - Law Faculty of Belarussian State University.

-- From 1998 to 2001 he worked as a teacher of the College of Business and Law (Minsk).
-- From 2001 to 2007 he worked as a senior lecturer, assistant professor at the Belarusian Institute of Jurisprudence.
-- Since 2007, he works at the Criminal Law Department of the Faculty of Law of the Belarusian State University.
-- Since 2008, Dmitry Moroz has been working as a research associate in the Department of Research in Law Enforcement and Justice (Institute for Legal Studies of the National Center for Legislation and Legal Studies of the Republic of Belarus).
-- Since 2014 the associate professor of this department.
-- Since 2016, a leading researcher in this department.

In 2013 he defended his thesis on "Causing property damage without signs of stealing as a crime against property".
