Irina P. Tretiakova, PhD

Born December 27, 1966 in Molodechno, Minsk region.
In 1989 graduated from the Law Faculty of the Belarusian State University.

From 1991 to 1994 took a postgraduate course at the Civil Law Department of the Law Faculty, BSU. In 1998 defended the thesis “The right of property of individuals to the house” and was awarded PhD (Candidate of Sciences) in Law.

Joined the Department of Civil Law in 1999 as a lecturer, currently she is an associate professor.

In 2004 was conferred the title of an Associate Professor.

Scientific interests include issues of notion, substance, basis of ownership of real estate of individuals.

Authored and co-authored more than 80 scientific papers.
