Tatiana N. Sokolovskaya
Jjunior lecturer of the Constitutional Law Department of the Law Faculty of the Belarusian State University.

In 2004 she graduated with honors from the Minsk State Trade College where she majored in jurisprudence.

Since 2004 till 2010 she took a correspondence course of the Law Faculty of the Belarusian State University, which she graduated from with honors. Since 2005 till 2011 she worked as a lawyer in the state institution “Minsk Regional Center of Hygiene, Epidemiology and Public Health”.

Since 2011 she has been lecturing on Administrative Law at the BSU. Since 2010 she has been taking a post-graduate course in Law at the Belarusian State University. Presently she is working on the thesis “Administrative and legal compulsion in the sphere of state sanitary inspection”. Her research interests lie in administrative and legal compulsion in the sphere of state sanitary inspection, administrative law, administrative proceedings, sanitary and epidemiologic inspection.

Her most notable publications:
«Infringement Proceedings in the System of the Bodies Conducting State Sanitary Inspection in the Republic of Belarus» (Minsk, 2006).
The article considers the concept of infringement proceedings in the system of the bodies which carry out the state sanitary inspection and differentiates its stages and substages, analyzes topical questions and makes suggestions on their settlement.

Administrative-precautionary Measures in Sanitary and Epidemiological Service of the Republic of Belarus (Minsk, 2007).
The article deals with the concept of administrative-precautionary measures in the sphere of state sanitary inspection, defines its types, highlights the problems connected with their application and introduces proposals on how to overcome them.

Administrative Responsibility for Infringement of Sanitary and Epidemiologic Legislation (Minsk, 2009).
The article defines the concept of administrative responsibility for infringement of sanitary and epidemiologic legislation, its grounds, reveals the problems arising in the process of making guilty persons legally responsible and makes suggestions on their solution.
