A. Abramovich. Author of more than 200 scientific works, including 5 monographs. At the same time he worked as Deputy Head of Presidential Administration, member of the Certification Commission for certification of senior executives of the Republic of Belarus. Developed the concept of constitutional change in the Republic of Belarus in 1996. Coordinated the drafting of new codes of the country. Coordinate the legislative activities in the Republic of Belarus. Repeatedly collaborated with the National Centre of Law Drafting Activities under the President of the Republic of Belarus in the development and preparation of expert opinions, comments and suggestions to the draft regulations. He is a founder of the school history of the state and law in Belarus.
