Vitaly Y. Vechorko
junior lecturer of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law.He was born on October 9, 1986.
He graduated from the Law Faculty of the BSU in 2011.
Since 2011 he has been working at the Law faculty of the BSU.
He is currently taking a post-graduate course in Law at the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of the Law Faculty of the BSU.
Being a student, he won several international grants: Adelfors Folk High School: Democracy and an Open Society (Sweden, 2009); Summer School of Ethnicity and Migration Studies – 1st Edition (Slovakia, 2010).
In 2010 he was included in the database of the President of the Republic of Belarus for Support of Gifted Students.
He teaches General Theory of Law, History of Political and Legal Doctrines, History of State and Law of Belarus.
His research interests lie in classification of law, systematization of legislation, methodological and practical aspects of organizing and classifying information in the formation of legal information resources in the legal environment.
