Ludmila L. Golubeva

Ludmila L. GolubevaPhD (Candidate of Sciences) in Law, Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law.

She was born on November 8, 1966.

She graduated from the Physics Faculty of Minsk State Pedagogical Institute in 1989.

She graduated with honours from the Law Faculty of the BSU in 1993.

In 1999 she completed a post-graduate course in Law at the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of the Law faculty of the BSU.

In 2000 she was awarded PhD in Law for the thesis "Inheritance of property under laws of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania".

Since 2000 she has been working at the Law faculty of the BSU.

She received a special award from the Ministry of Justice in 2011.

She lectures on History of State and Law of Belarus, History of Political and Legal Doctrines.

Her research interests lie in history of political and legal thought in Belarus, inheritance law in European legal tradition.

She has authored more than 40 research papers, course-books and training manuals.
