In 1991 he graduated from the Minsk Higher School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR.

Career:

From 1986 to 2015, he served in the internal affairs bodies.

From 1991 to 1999, he served in the positions of the operational staff of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.

From 1999 to 2005 he was a teacher at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.

From 2005 to 2007, Deputy Head for Regime and Operational Work of IC No. 4 UDIN of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Gomel region

From 2008 to 2012, Chief of Staff of the Department of Corrections of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus

In 2005 he defended his PhD thesis on the topic: "Theoretical and applied aspects of the detection and prevention of offenses in institutions of the penal system".

He was awarded by the leadership of the Academy and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, as well as other law enforcement agencies.
