In 1981 he graduated from the Minsk Higher School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR (Jurisprudence)

In 2007 he graduated from the Institute of Advanced Training and Retraining of Personnel of the BSPU named after M.Tank (pedagogical activity of specialists)

Career:

From 1974 to 1976 he served in the border troops of the USSR.

From 1977 to 2007, he served in the internal affairs bodies in the positions of middle and senior commanding staff.

From 1981 to 1995, he held the positions of investigator, senior investigator, deputy head of the investigative department of the Minsk police Department, deputy head of the interdistrict department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the BSSR in Minsk, Logoysky districts and Zaslavl, investigator and senior investigator of the investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Executive Committee, Chief of Staff and Chief Inspector of the headquarters of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Executive Committee.

From 1995 to 2020, Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminalistics, the Department of Crime Investigation of the Investigative and Expert Faculty of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus,

Since September 2020, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminalistics of the Faculty of Law of the Belarusian State University.

Information about dissertations:

In December 2000, he defended his PhD thesis on the topic: " Issues of theory and practice of increasing the effectiveness of the use of forensic records in the disclosure, investigation and prevention of crimes.".

The academic title of associate professor in the specialty "Law" was awarded by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Belarus on March 12, 2003
