Ivan Nikolaevich Kolyadko, PhD (candidate of sciences) in law, Associate Professor, member of the Faculty Academic Council, Department ChairBorn on January 12, 1952
A graduate from Law faculty, BSU in 1974, in 1977 he completed a Post-Graduation course and in 1986 successfully defended thesis “Legal proceedings on Complaints against Decisions in Administrative Cases”.
From 1977 till present he has been lecturing at the department of Civil Procedure and Labour Law. Since 1994 he holds the position of Department Chair.
Ivan Kolyadko did a number of research trips both in Belarus and abroad.
His scientific interests include
• issues of justice
• justice in civil and economic procedure
• judicial review of administrative acts
• enforcement procedure
• revision of judgement in civil and economic process
• codification of civil and economic procedural and arbitration legislation
He lectures on

• Economic Procedure
Ivan Kolyadko has a number of awards for his achievements in professional and academic career.
