In 1997 he graduated from the full-time adjunct of the Moscow Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

From 1990 to 2006, he served in the internal affairs bodies in the positions of scientific, scientific-pedagogical and commanding staff.

From 2006 to 2011, Dean of the Faculty of Law and Social Communications of the Russian State University of Tourism and Service.

From 2011 to 2013, Deputy General Director of the Moscow State Design Institute for Personnel and Legal Issues.

From 2013 to 2014, Senior Researcher at the Research Department of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.

From 2014 to 2016, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Procedure of the branch of the Russian State Social University in Minsk.

September 2016 Associate Professor of the Department of Criminalistics of the Faculty of Law of the Belarusian State University.
