Kateryna P. Orekhova, PhD (Candidate of Sciences) in Law

Kateryna P. OrekhovaIn 2006, she graduated from Law Faculty of the Belarusian State University, took a post-graduate course in Law (2007-20011). In 2014, she was awarded PhD (Candidate of Sciences) in Law for the thesis “Organizational and Legal Support of Development and Using of the Forensic Inquiry Methods”.

In 2014, 2015, she was passed training in the Republican Institute of Higher Education. In 2016, she was passed training in the Belarusian State University.

Since 2015 and up till now she is the associate professor of the Department of Criminalistics of the Law Faculty of the Belarusian State University.
She lectures on Criminalistics. Her research interests include Criminalistics, Forensic Science, Public Administration.
The total number of publications is more than 40.

On the issue of development of integration processes in the implementation of specialized knowledge in the Commonwealth of Independent States // Issues of Criminology, Criminalistics and Forensics. – 2009. – Vol. 1 (25). – P. 113-118.
The article discusses issues of cooperation of countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States in the field of organization and production of forensic science and special studies. The necessity of the development, signing and ratification of the Agreement on cooperation in the implementation of specialized knowledge; unification at the international level expert methods.
